Product Description

Activated carbon dressing with silver is composed of activated carbon fiber and silver ion, combined with double-sided polyethylene mesh.
It is the functional dressing widely used in Europe and United States, and has good function of broad-spectrum anti-bacterial and deodorizing. It is specially suitable for malodorous purulent wound which caused by skin erosion and bacteria infection.

2. Combined with double-sided polyethylene mesh, non-adherent to wound,without any pain when peel off the dressing, meanwhile the loosen fiber will not entry to the wound.
3. Broad-spectrum anti-bacteria and anti-infection. It has strong ability of anti-bacteria and many other microorganism , and it will not generate resistance. The validity of anti-bacteria will be up to 5-7 days and bacteriostasis ratio will be over 99%. The silver ion combine with the metalloproteins from the wound, and increase the concentration of zinc, calcium, copper ion and then promote the wound healing.
4. Perfect ability of deodorization

1. It is not adaptable to dry wound.
2. Wound should be cleaned and dried before being used.
3. Dressing should be 2cm bigger than the wound area to make sure that the dressing could be adherent to the skin completely.
4. The dressing should not be on the wound for more than three days.
5. It is suggested to stop using this dressing and change to another kind of dressing, such as hydrocolloid dressing, when the exudate on the wound become less.
